    - Eventuali articoli che sono stati alterati o riparati da un servizio di riparazione esterno non saranno accettati per un rimborso o uno scambio;
    - Le scarpe devono essere provate su una superficie morbida e pulita e conservate nei sacchetti per la polvere finché non si è certi di tenerle; 
    - Le scarpe che vengono restituite senza scatola, in una scatola danneggiata o con suole contrassegnate potrebbero non essere accettate e potrebbero essere rispedite indietro;
    - La tariffa di spedizione dal cliente a Gen Nee è fissa ed ammonta in 7€, tariffa che copre il ritorno dal cliente a Gen Nee e l'eventuale spedizione dell'articolo sostituito;
    - Se risiedi nell'UE ai sensi dei Regolamenti 2000 sulla protezione dei consumatori (vendita a distanza) (DSR), hai il diritto di annullare il tuo ordine con noi, a condizione che tu ci dia una notifica scritta entro 14 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento;
    - In caso di rimborso, il prezzo di tutti i prodotti restituiti integri e correttamente verranno accreditati sul conto dell'acquirente originale. In questo caso la spedizione dal cliente a Gen Nee è a carico del cliente;
    - Se qualcosa non è chiaro, ti preghiamo di inviarci un messaggio

  • RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

    • All Gen Nee shoes should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging for a refund or an exchange for a more suitable size (free of charge but subject to availability)
    • Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
    • Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in dust bags until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to you.
    • If you are in Italy we ask for a €7 flat shipping fee that will cover the return from you to us and the shipping of the exchanged item back to you; if you are abroad the flat fee will be €11. 
    • If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within 14 working days of receipt.
    • In case of a refund, all undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's account. In this case, the shipping will be the customer's responsibility;
